International Shipping:​

  • $12.95 Flat Rate Shipping to Canada
  • $14.95 Flat Shipping Charge To Australia, Mexico, New Zealand and the UK.
  • Orders shipped via US Postal Service First Class International Mail.
  • International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Mystic Gemz™  is not responsible for delays due to customs.
  • USPS does not offer a way to track international packages. Mystic Gemz™  is not liable or responsible for any packages lost during international transit as we cannot confirm or deny delivery.

We want you to be excited about our products!!
If you are unsatisfied with you purchase, we honor returns within 10 days of delivery.

To return an item please complete the following steps:

  • Contact us at within three (3) days of receipt of delivery.
  • Returns will be accepted in the original packaging within 10 days of receipt. Item must be in perfect unworn condition and in the original gift box or wrap provided.
  • Include the original packing slip with your return.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, up to and including no refund being issued.
  • Once we receive your return, your order will be refunded less the original shipping charge paid.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed on our end. 
  • Refunds will be issued back via your original payment method only.
  • It is the purchasers responsibility to pay for the return shipping to us and will refund you, your purchase price less the original shipping. 

There are a few items that cannot be returned:     

  • Custom or personalized items 
  • Sale or Clearance Items 
  • Grab bags.
  • Earrings (due to hygenic reasons) 
  • Hair Ties (due to hygenic reasons) 
  • Jewelry that has already been worn.

When Will My Order Ship?

  • All orders are processed and ship within 5-7 business days from date of purchase, excluding holidays.
  • Orders are shipped via USPS Standard Mail or Priority Mail depending on which you choose. 
  • Custom made items or custom orders may take an additional 10-15 business days processing time depending on the size of your custom order. All custom orders are processed in the order received.

How long does shipping take?

  • Average transit time for Standard Mail is usually 3-7 business days.
  • Average transit time for Priority Mail is usually 2-3 business days.

Can you customize an already made, in stock item?

  • We can customize most of our pieces to change colors, length, etc. 
  • An additional charge will apply to each item being altered to cover additional labor and materials cost.
